DESCRIPTION : Speedcut
APPLICATIONS : Can gouge, bevel or cut all metals including stainless steels, aluminums and copper. Excellent for the removal of stainless steel joints and overlays. No oxygen is required.
MICROSTRUCTURE : Hold electrode at a 10º angle above work piece. Initiate arc and move forward in a
straight or back and forth motion. For cutting use a “sawing action” technique.
CHARACTERISTICS Special electrode for gouging , grooving and chamfering all metals. Due to the special coating, the arc blow is extremely powerful and removes at least three times its own volume of base metal leaving clean, ideally contoured grooves or preparations ready to weld. Great for cutting out old welds, bolts, bushes, etc.
