Description : 

G-600 is a paste for the removal of welding oxides and discoloration (thin oxide film) from welding operations and to restore the corrosion resistance of the stainless steel.

Applications : 

G-600 s a surface treatment of stainless steel for the removal of welding marks. G-600 s highly recommended in shipyards, welding shops, marine areas schools, manufacturing plants, metals finishing shops, automotive repair shops and other areas where welding marks are difficult to remove.

Instructions :

1. Shake well.

3. Remove the welding oxides with a wet cloth.

Instructions :

5. Repeat application if necessary.

6. Use Guardian Demoist to oil metals which are not in use or in storage for better protection.

Description : DEPRIVE-S is a powerful industrial-strength stripper formulated to quickly strip paint, scotchlite reflective sheets, varnish from steel, aluminium, magnesium, cadmium, iron, concrete and most

hard surfaces.

Instructions :

3. Remove by scraping, brushing or high pressure rinsing.

4. Several applications may be required where it is necessary to remove multiple layers of coating.

Description : DE-RUST is a safe corrosion remover, metal conditioner that prepares surfaces for

refinishing and provides controlled chemical action to protect further corrosion and rusting.

Applications : DE-RUST s widely used in any industry where the effects of corrosion deteriorate the

equipment life, appearance and efficiency. Use on equipment such as all metal, tanks, machineries,

pipes, cooling towers, etc.

Instructions :

For heavy rust :

1. Remove loose, excess flaking corroded material and dirt.

2. Spray or swab a generous coating of DE-RUST over the area to be treated.

3. Let stand for 2 minutes to several hours depending on the severity of corrosion buildup.

4. Rinse off and repeat application if rust deposits are extremely heavy.

For light rust :

1. Dilute 1 part DE-RUST to 3 parts of water.

2. Allow 2 to 20 minutes for DE-RUST to penetrate and react to surface.

3. Rinse off and let dry.

For dip tank application :

1. Dilute 1 part DE-RUST to 3 parts of water in a plastic or plastic-lined dip tank.

2. Dip tank must be closed tightly when not in use. For corroded vertical surfaces, apply a heavy coating and allow longer time for total reaction.

NOTE: If an unpainted corrosion resistant surface is desired, wipe off excessive DE-RUST and allow to

dry. If the surface is to be painted, rinse off all DE-RUST residue and dissolved solids and dry thoroughly

before painting.
