GUARDIAN-7030 dark amber to brown

Description : 

GUARDIAN-7030 is an amber coating that dries to an even film to protect internal and external metal structures subject to atmospheric corrosion during storage or handling.

Applications : 

GUARDIAN-7030 is used to protect all types of steel, drill-pipe, casing, tubing, framework,heavy equipment, piping, iron, etc.

Advantages :

1. Seals, restores and protects. GUARDIAN-7030  seals and restores most metal surfaces to a smooth tough protective resistant finish, GUARDIAN-7030  pecial corrosion inhibitors seals out moisture and corrosive vapors.
2. Fast drying. GUARDIAN-7030  contains special solvent which allows drying in 25 to 40 minutes at 28⁰c
3. The coated parts can be handled in 15 to 20 minutes.
4. Highly effective. GUARDIAN-7030  provides superior protection as it is non-peeling, non-cracking, water proof, versatile, self leveling and penetrates irregular surfaces for thorough coating.
5. Safe. GUARDIAN-7030  will not attack or discolor most metal surfaces.
6. Easy to use. GUARDIAN-7030 can be sprayed, dip or brushed on surfaces to be coated.

Instructions :

1. Clean and dry surface before coating.

2. For oily or greasy surface, use ELECSOLV or GUARDMAX

3. For best results, apply two coats.

4. Wash equipments or brushes with xylene.

DRY-TIME - TACK-FREE : About 25 minutes (dependent on application and climate)

AREA COVERAGE : 12 m2 per litre.

Note:

 Test on small areas before use on painted surfaces.

 For higher concentration, use GUARDIAN-5050 or GUARDIAN-6040.

 Storage and hanlding : Product is flammable. Store and use away from sparks or open flames. 

Keep container closed in storage. Harmful if swallowed. Use with good ventilation. In case of eye contact flush with water and get medical attention.

GUARDIAN ZINC-GUARDcold galvanize, instant zinc spray coat and primer

Description : 

ZINC-GUARD provides a 95% metallic zinc finished film that is comparable to cold galvinising. Provides protection against corrosion even when scratched. Withstands up to 2000 hours of 5% salt spray (ASTM B-117-64)

Applications : 

ZINC-GUARD can be used indoor or outdoor applications in shipyards, industries, hotels, institutions, automotive, maintenance departments etc. Uses include welded joints, guard rails, bridges, fences, storage tanks, pipe lines, heat ducts, and off shore equipment etc.

Advantages :

• Equal to hot dip galvanise process. ZINC-GUARD special formula of 95% pure metallic zinc finished film is equivalent to hot dip galvanizing molecular bonding. Fuses the zinc to the metal surfaces and seals out air and moisture. ZINC-GUARD is not a paint.
• High resistant and long lasting. ZINC-GUARD bonds to clean iron, steel or aluminium through electrochemical action to provide excellent adhesion and resistance to salt, rust, corrosion and water. Withstands up to 2000 hours of 5% salt spray (ASTM B-117-64)
• Scratch proof. The zinc coating will continue to protect ferrous metal surfaces even when scratched, broken or corrupted due to sacrificial anodization where the zinc coating will corrode while protecting the treated metal surfaces against corrosion.

Instructions :

• Remove rust, mill scale, grease, oil or oil paint/coating. It is recommended to clean surface with ELECSOLV and dry surface thoroughly before application.
• For best result, use between temperatures of 15⁰c to 32⁰c.
• Use only in well ventilated areas.
• Shake can until mixing ball is loose and continue for 30 seconds after.
• Hold can 25-30 cm away from surface and spray with even, sweeping motion.
• For maximum protection, a second coat may be applied within 1 hour of first coat.
• After use, invert can and spray to clear nozzle.
• Dries to touch in 10 – 20 minutes. Hard dry after 8 hours.
• Approximate coverage of 2.8 – 3.2 square metre per can at 3 MIL thickness.

GUARDIAN PEEL-OFF Temporary Peelable Protective Coating.

Description : 

PEEL-OFF is a premium-quality temporary peelable protective coating that protects any hard surfaces from corrosion, chemical fumes, paint splatters, cement splatters, etc. It is heat stabilised and will withstand temperatures up to 82ºC.

Applications :

PEEL-OFF is widely used in constructions, precision tool manufactures, painting contractor, printing shops, automotive repair shops, frame and window makers, etc.

Advantages :

 Maximum protection. PEEL-OFF provides maximum protection to surfaces such as aluminium, bronze, polished metals, stainless steel chrome, etc.

 Tough and flexible. PEEL-OFF ries to a tough, flexible, temporary protective coating which can be easily be removed by simply peeling off.

 Fast drying, water proof and heat resistant. PEEL-OFF is fast drying, water proof and remains effective with temperatures of up to 82ºC.

 Easy to use. PEEL-OFF can be applied brush, spray or dip.

 Environmental friendly. PEEL-OFF aerosol packing is CFC-free.

Instructions :

1. Stir thoroughly to disperse pigment.

2. Can be applied by brushing, spraying or dipping.

3. Dries to touch in approximately 20 minutes at 30ºC.

4. If desired, successive coating may be applied.

Spraying : for optimum results, use normal spraying equipment and techniques, pot pressure 40 psi

(2.8kg/cm²), air pressure 60/80 psi (4.2/5.6kg/cm²) and using a 70 thou (2mm) spray gun nozzle. If

double coating is desired, apply double pass, wet on wet to give a dense white film. Clean equipment with thinners.

Coverage : 2-3 square metres/litre at 2/3 thou (50/80 microns) dry film thickness.
