G-2000 is a superior concentrated multi-functional water treatment formula to prevent scale formation, rust, corrosion and sludge in re-circulating cooling systems.
Applications :
G-2000 is widely used in all re-circulating water cooling systems and for the new generation of high-efficiency diesel engines.
Advantages :
- Contains special corrosion inhibitors. G-2000 provides excellent oxidation and corrosion protection for steel, cast iron, aluminum, lead and copper by maintaining a robust protective film on the surfaces.
- Increases cooling efficiency. Modern engines run withvery high temperature and may boil away water causing severe damage. G-2000 revents scale deposits that cause blockage and overheating and inhibits oxygen pitting which causes leakages.
- Safe to use. G-2000 contains no harmful ingredients, is non-flammable, non-polluting, non corrosive and does not damage rubber gaskets or other non-metallic components in the system.
- Long storage shelf-life. G-2000s stable and retains its effectiveness even after long storage period.
- Compatibility. G-2000is compatible with anti-freeze and other glycol coolants.
- Save money. With G-2000 it means longer asset life, lower maintenance upkeeps and less repair cost.
Instructions :
- Flush system with G-2000 to remove any sludge, rust, scale, or any other contaminants.
- Start the circulating system.
- G-2000 should be dosed at the rate of 28 litres per tonne of water to give the correct product reserve. This will yield a treatment level of 30,000 parts per million.
- Circulate the system for at least half an hour.
- Depending on operations, weekly testing is advised to determine if re-dosage is required.
NOTE:
When using G-2000 as a diesel engine water treatment:
(a) The total hardness level is below 165ppm or otherwise stated by the engine manufacturer.
(b) The chloride levels should not exceed 100ppm or otherwise stated by engine manufacturer.
