Instructions :

1. Apply about one tablespoon into the palm of the hand, rub hands vigorously to liquefy and break up the embedded soil.
2. If a soapy effect is desired, drop a few droplets of water into the palm of the hand and rub hands.
3. Rinse thoroughly and dry hands.
4. If water is not available for rinsing, simply wipe hands clean with a towel, and to be rinsed later.

GUARDIAN GRC-38non-acid radiator cleaner that removes

Description : 

GRC-38 is a non-acid radiator cleaner that removes

rust and scale, and emulsifies oil and grease from engine radiators /

cooling systems.

Applications : 

GRC-38 is widely used in the radiators and cooling

system of engines commonly found in automotives, generators,

tractors, excavators etc.

Advantages :

• Non-acid formula. GRC-38 dissolves rust, corrosion and scale without harming steel, iron, aluminium or copper. It is not corrosive to the skin, and is safe and effective.
• Descales and cleans in one operation. GRC-38 emulsifies oily contaminants in the cooling system that cause foam and harm to seals. Foam is an insulator and reduces cooling efficiency. With GRC-38, the entire system is descaled, rinsed, and cleaned in one operation.
• Fast action. GRC-38 equires only 15 – 20 minutes to clean the cooling system once the engine reaches its operating temperature.
• Cost effective. For the average automobile, only 1 litre of GRC-38 is required for effective treatment, and with the yearly G-COOL change, keeps the system in top cooling efficiency. A very cost effective solution for maximum operating efficiency.

Instructions :

1. Ensure engine is off and cooled before draining the radiator of all its content.
2. Add 75% clean water and 25% GRC-38 to system to be treated. E.g. for a 4 litre radiator, add 3 litres of clean water with 1 litre of GRC-38 to fill the radiator.
3. Replace the radiator cap but do not tighten.
4. Run engine until hot and then run for another 15 minutes.
5. Stop engine and drain system. If solution is hot, allow to cool before draining.
6. Refill radiator with running water and leaving drain tap open, run the engine to provide continuous flushing.
7. When clear water is observed from the drain tap, stop and fully drain the system.
8. Check the system capacity and refill using about 50% water and 50% G-COOL protective coolant.

GUARDIAN G-COOL.water cooled engines

Description : 

G-COOL. is a propylene glycol based engine coolant that provides protection against freezing and boiling and also against corrosion.

Applications :

 G-COOL.is ideal for use in all water cooled engines, automobiles, cranes, trucks,
generators, compressors etc.

Advantages :

• Corrosion and Rust Inhibition. G-COOL. contains polyphase corrosion inhibition additives that prevent rust and corrosion, and protect copper, aluminium and iron parts. No need for other boosters or additives.
• Increases Cooling Efficiency. Modern engines running at high temperatures may boil away water causing severe damage. G-COOL. raises the boiling point of water and prevents clogging deposits to increase cooling efficiency.
• Decrease Freezing Point. G-COOL. contains proplylene glycol which decreases freezing point
• Save you time and money. Using G-COOL. means extended engine life, increased reliability, and lower maintenance and repair costs.
• Safe. Proplylene glycol based formulation is proven safe.

Instructions :

1. Use GRC-38 to flush cooling system thoroughly before using G-COOL.
2. Determine the system capacity
3. Close the drain tightly and add 40% - 60% of the tank capacity with G-COOL  Fill remaining tank capacity with clean water.
4. For full protection, flush the system and replace the G-COOL once a year.

Note : fill the overflow tank, if any with 50:50 G-COOL and clean water.

* A system under pressure can handle higher temperatures, and offers a higher static boiling point. Every pound of pressure exerted on G-COOL  the static boiling point of G-COOL increases by approximately 1.7°C. At atmospheric pressure (760 mmHG), 50/50 G-COOL mix with water raises the fluid boiling point to 109°C

GUARDIAN MOTOR-ON solvent emulsifier.

Description :

MOTOR-ON is a heavy-duty degreaser for engines, tools, machinery and floors.

Applications : 

MOTOR-ON is a powerful and effective way to remove heavy impacted grease and oil deposits from engines in cars, trucks, boats and machinery.

Advantages :

• Fast acting. MOTOR-ON cuts through grease and grime on engines, tools, machinery and floors thus saving time and labor.
• Versatile. MOTOR-ON can be safely used on plastics, rubber, paint and most other surfaces.
• Easy application. With MOTOR-ON  just apply and hose off. There is no need for special and expensive equipment.
• Safe to use. MOTOR-ON is non-caustic, non-alkaline and does not emit toxic fumes. Harmless to metal, painted surfaces and normal skin.
• Economical. MOTOR-ON can be diluted up to 10 times without losing its effectiveness.
• Environmental friendly. MOTOR-ON aerosol packing is CFC-free.

Instructions :

Engine and chassis cleaning. For average work, mix MOTOR-ON with 8 parts of mineral spirits or
kerosene. For light cleaning, mix 1 to 10 parts. For heavy cleaning mix 1 to 5 parts. Spray or brush
mixture over equipment to be cleaned. If dirt is heavily encrusted, use a stiff brush to work on surface. Let soak for 10 to 15 minutes for complete penetration, then flush thoroughly (with water, if applicable).

Dip tank cleaning. Mix MOTOR-ON to 8 parts kerosene in the tank. Soak parts in the tank for 30 minutes to 2 hours as necessary. After cleaning, flush thoroughly (with water, if applicable).

Industrial equipment and machinery cleaning. For average conditions, mix MOTOR-ON with 8 parts of kerosene or mineral spirit. For light cleaning, mix 1 part to 20 - 30 parts of water. For heavy build-up, 1 part to 6 parts water. Use warm water for better effectiveness. Spray or brush mixture over equipment to be cleaned. Use a soft brush on areas where dirt is heavily encrusted. 
Let soak for 15 to 20 minutes, then flush thoroughly (with water, if applicable).

Cars, trucks, and buses washing. Use one part MOTOR-ON to six parts kerosene for heavily encrusted areas. Can be applied by spraying or use of long handled, soft brush. Then rinse off with water.

To remove oil stains from concrete floor. Mix 1 part MOTOR-ON to 8 parts kerosene. Brush into areas stained. Stand for 5 mins, rinse off with water.

GUARDIAN GDS-2 descaling liquid.

Description : 

GDS-2 is highly concentrated, fast acting descaler for removal of rusts, scales, corrosion, slime, magnesium deposits, hard water deposits etc. in cooling towers and boilers.

Applications : 

GDS-2 is used for descaling all process air conditioning, heating systems including

boilers, cooling towers, condensers, heat exchangers etc.

Advantages :

• Fast action. GDS-2descales most systems completely in 4 to 7 hours.
• Safe to use. GDS-2 does not damage paint, coating, rubber or wood. GDS-2 has an inhibited formulation to ensure effective descaling with minimal chemical reaction damage. Upon descaling, GDS-2contains anti-corrosion agents to protect the treated surfaces.
• Easy to use. GDS-2 s liquid formulation requires no messy and timeconsuming premixing. GDS-2 dissolves scales and rusts quickly, reducing downtime and does not require scrapping or agitation.
• Cost effective way to restore system maximum efficiency. GDS-2 can be diluted up to 40 parts of water depending on scale build-ups.

Instructions :

1. Shut system and use pressure water to hose out mud, silt and slime.
2. Refill system with just sufficient water for circulation.
3. Dose GDS-2 at 1:40 parts of water in the circulating in the system as in step 2.
4. Add GDS-2 slowly, a few litres at a time to avoid excessive foaming. (Note : foaming indicates that the GDS-2 is reacting effectively to descale the system).
5. Drain, flush the tower at least twice. Check pH of water to ensure normal operational condition.
6. Refill with water, add the correct amount of the proper GC-28 treatment and return tower to service

Note :

• Any method of descaling will dissolve scales that may be plugging leakages which were present before descaling. Therefore, no liability can be assumed for using this product for descaling.
• Do not use on galvanized metals, aluminium or cadmium-plated parts.

Instructions :

For heavy rust :

1. Remove loose, excess flaking corroded material and dirt.

2. Spray or swab a generous coating of DE-RUST over the area to be treated.

3. Let stand for 2 minutes to several hours depending on the severity of corrosion buildup.

4. Rinse off and repeat application if rust deposits are extremely heavy.

For light rust :

1. Dilute 1 part DE-RUST to 3 parts of water.

2. Allow 2 to 20 minutes for DE-RUST to penetrate and react to surface.

3. Rinse off and let dry.

For dip tank application :

1. Dilute 1 part DE-RUST to 3 parts of water in a plastic or plastic-lined dip tank.

2. Dip tank must be closed tightly when not in use. For corroded vertical surfaces, apply a heavy coating and allow longer time for total reaction.

NOTE: If an unpainted corrosion resistant surface is desired, wipe off excessive DE-RUST and allow to

dry. If the surface is to be painted, rinse off all DE-RUST residue and dissolved solids and dry thoroughly

before painting.

APPLICATIONS : For dissimilar weld on nickel base alloys to themselves, to alloyed steels or to stainless steels. Application for operations and / or industries include : Nuclear equipment. Thermal shock-cryogenic equipment, refrigeration, heat treating equipment. Impact resistance – injection molds, forging tools and dies. Gas liquification equipment. Chemical processing equipment. Furnace equipment

MICROSTRUCTURE : In the as welded condition this nickel base weld metal consist of austenite with a few carbides.

CHARACTERISTICS Excellent coefficient of expansion and contraction properties. Superior deposition rate and out of position weld. Due to its excellent elongation properties( 45%) combined together with its high tensile strength ( 106, 000 PSI), there is a dramatic improvement in the ability of the alloy to withstand high stress in service. N502 is 100% non-responsive to heat treatment. It is highly recommended for many applications involving low temperature and high temperature service- especially where these temperature change drastically in short intervals of time. Extremely easy slag removal and performs unusually well on AC current.

DESCRIPTION : S 666X

APPLICATIONS : Excellent weldability in all positions giving x-ray quality welds for original equipment manufacturing or repair work. For joining and repairing boiler plate, pipe steels, shipbuilding steels and cast steels.

MICROSTRUCTURE : In the stress – relieved condition the microstructure consists of acicular ferrite with some tempered bainite

CHARACTERISTICS: Easy strike and extremely smooth – spatter and turbulence free arc transfer eliminates many problems of low hydrogen welding. Coating is totally non-conductive. WELDING TECHNIQUES : Remove all surface contaminants. Maintain a short arc gap and use a stringer or slight weave technique. Chip slag thoroughly between passes.

PRODUCT TYPE : A CHROMIUM AND MANGANESE ALLOY ELECTRODE WITH HIGH TOUGHNESS AND RESISTANCE TO DEFORMATION

DESCRIPTION : CP 603

APPLICATIONS : For overlaying, buttering layers prior hardfacing and joining / build up on a wide range of steel, low alloy steel and cast steel components -tractor pads, mill coupling boxes, excavators, screw press and sprockets e.t.c.

CHARACTERISTICS The weld deposits are tough and machinable without cracking. Electrode possesses rapid deposition rate and completely machinable.

WELDING TECHNIQUES : Clean weld area. Use of Speedcut is recommended to remove damaged metal. Preheat heavy sections to 100 -150ºC. Use stringer or weaving technique. Long deposits may be made without danger of cracking. Do not allow excessive heat build-up. Chip slag between passes. Allow to cool slowly.
